Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a manual therapy which views the person as a whole and aims to stimulate their self-healing mechanism. The emphasis is thus placed on the person rather than their condition.

The techniques applied are mostly pain-free and act to restore the function and mobility of various tissue types (fascia, joints, muscles, organs, etc). By guiding the body to find its balance, the osteopath seeks the health and well-being of each patient.

Osteopathy

During my consultations, I use a gentle approach and listen carefully and respectfully to each person, with mindfulness of the relationship between the body and emotions, to support you towards overall well-being. ☀
